Welcome to BNM. By accessing or using the BNM mobile application, web application, and related services ("Services"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. About BNM

BNM is a communication platform that enables users to interact with verified and genuine businesses securely without exposing personal contact details by default.

BNM is operated by Lunchdroid Technologies India Pvt Ltd ("BNM", "we", "our", "us").

2. Eligibility

To use BNM:

• You must be at least 13 years old (or higher age as required by local law)
• You must provide accurate and lawful information
• You must not be barred from using digital services under applicable laws

3. Account Registration & Security

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities performed under your account
• BNM is not liable for unauthorized access caused by user negligence

4. Country-Wise Usage & Data Residency

• Your account is registered under a specific country
• Your data is stored on a dedicated server located in that country
• Cross-country usage or migration may be restricted or subject to policy
• Data does not move across countries unless legally required

5. Nature of the Platform

BNM:

• Acts as a technology platform
• Does not sell products or services directly
• Does not guarantee business outcomes
• Is not responsible for disputes between users and businesses

Businesses are solely responsible for the services they provide.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

• Use BNM for illegal or fraudulent purposes
• Send spam, abusive, or misleading content
• Attempt to bypass platform security
• Reverse engineer or exploit the platform
• Misrepresent identity or intent

7. Business Interaction Disclaimer

• Businesses are independent entities
• BNM does not endorse or verify business quality beyond basic verification
• Transactions, commitments, and outcomes are between you and the business
• BNM is not liable for losses, delays, or service failures by businesses

8. Payments & Third-Party Services (If Applicable)

• Payments may be processed via third-party providers
• BNM does not store card or banking credentials
• Refunds, if any, are subject to business policies
• Third-party terms may apply in addition to these Terms

9. Intellectual Property

• All platform software, branding, logos, and UI are owned by BNM
• Users retain ownership of content they submit
• You grant BNM a limited license to process content solely to provide the service

You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute BNM assets without permission.

10. Service Availability

• BNM aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service
• Maintenance, upgrades, or outages may occur
• We are not liable for temporary service interruptions

11. Account Suspension & Termination

BNM may suspend or terminate accounts if:

• Terms are violated
• Illegal activity is detected
• Required by law or government order
• Security risks are identified

Users may request account deletion at any time.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• BNM is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• BNM is not responsible for user-business disputes
• Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid to BNM (if applicable)

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold BNM harmless from claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Violation of laws or third-party rights
• Content you submit or actions you take

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of BNM after updates constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the country where the user account is registered
• Courts of that country shall have exclusive jurisdiction
